Scripts don't go through at this Walgreens. As well, OTC cards don't pay for the full amount here, they have some form of deal with the insurance companies to paunder money buy forcing you to pay even when it's all covered. I've never met people so horribly unable to take care of people, and the bitter rudeness you get from the mean old lady in the back who clearly judges people by their appearance. Scoffing at me for trying to get my scripts, telling me they won't go through for prior auths when the doctor is the one who sent it in the first place. Going to this Walgreens will cost you a fortune for things you can normally get covered on your OTC cards. When you have 251 bucks open on OTC, and it pays for 78 out of 96 dollars. For real? No matter what got put back I always owed 8.09 which made no sense. What's happening is they tac on extra cost so you can't use your OTC card without using your actual bank account, as well. Sick. This Walgreens need audited big time. It's bad enough they smile at you and say you're not going to get your scripts. Like actual demons on the earth. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. Conveniently located on the corner of Bagley and Front st, this Walgreens makes a nice stop for snacks and drinks while I’m out in the area. Always great service. And they carry quite of a few different flavors of popular energy drinks.

Just went to the pharmacy at the Berea store. The pharmacist who is on duty is very kind. The pharmacy tech who is working right now isn’t very friendly. My insurance card seems to not work at Walgreens. I was told my insurance denied my flu shot. My daughter was with me and has “my insurance “ and her flu shot was approved last week at this same Walgreens . I tried calling Anthem and I was disconnected…. My morning is obviously not going well. I asked if any of my medical apps on my iPhone were helpful. I was told by the tech she didn’t have those apps so she wouldn’t know. All of them were over in the corner on the left side of the pharmacy. I wanted to PAY for my flu shot since I was already there. I was then told by the same unfriendly pharmacy tech that there would be no reimbursements through my insurance if I paid for it. I don’t really care. I need the flu shot because I work with the public and I work in retail and it is my busy time of the year. So be grudgingly she handed the other woman the information for me to pay the $141 and some change for my flu shot which I did And the pharmacist finally gave me my flu shot. People come to the pharmacy when they need medication to feel better or for preventative medication to keep them well! The pharmacy tech and her attitude need to be checked. She needs to be much more kind and attentive to the customers. No eye rolling or judgment needs to be done by her. Kindness goes a long way. I shop at Walgreens all the time and have the best service From the gentleman with the glasses who always rings us up at the front cash register. The employees that work on the retail side in photo and stocking shelves and ringing, everyone out are wonderful and always friendly. I will not go to the pharmacy there ever again because of the way I Was treated today. Again, the pharmacist who dispensed my vaccine was very kind and apologetic. The older lady that rang me up was also Kind. Like I said, there’s a lot of meanness in the world and I didn’t go there to get anyone’s attitude. I went there for a flu shot. Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season with that one working behind the counter. I would be surprised If I’m the first person to complain about her attitude.

Thursday, March 5th, 2:15 PM is the date and time of the incident. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the patient advocacy line. Their pharmacy has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time — only rivaled by how bad the York and Sprague location is. The woman “helping” is a very rude pharmacist, that has very little patience for dealing with people who are just trying to get their medicine. People in line in front of me were in shock by how badly they were spoken to by this pharmacist as well. Both the the Bagley location, as well as the corner of York and Sprague locations are the absolute worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Your pharmacists, with other witnesses around, were raising their voices in an irritated tone, cutting off customers mid sentence, as well as being condescending and rude. I will not continue to fill my prescriptions at Walgreens locations anymore, and I suggest people find another pharmacy as well.

Usteina was amazing she made my experience shopping here one of a kind and i really dont like drug stores, thank you again usteina, she deserves a raise, walgreens is very lucky to have her !
