I went Christmas shopping at Walgreens and as usual Joan was working and helped me find everything I needed with a pleasant attitude. I enjoyed my shopping experience and will be back soon. By the way this was the Walgreens on Madison and Warren

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens since they opened, but since they got a new manager named Becky I will not be going there ever again. My husband and I moved back from Florida, with our valid Florida IDs. The woman refused to accept my husband’s because apparently her wife was from Florida and they don’t have IDs that last that long. Idiocy. She refused to scan it, refused to look up the fact that she was wrong. She was extremely rude the entire time as well. Not only is this woman going to lose this store more customers, but her marriage will probably not last long if she’s so headstrong about being incorrect. I hope the higher ups do something about her before she loses the store more customers. I live down the street and I used to spend money here multiple times a week, that’s money that will now go ANYWHERE else.

Pharmacy is horrible!! Waited 45mins just to get 1 prescription. Wasn't in computer that I picked up a prescription the day before. They are slow, rude, and unprofessional. Will be taking scripts someplace else.. They need to be trained better. Especially the pharmacist. Ridiculous.

Joan in cosmetics is the best. I didn't even know they did makeovers at Walgreens! She's so good at her job

There is not a business center print shop like FedEx-Kinkos inside as advertised. Just a retail photo printer.
