I don't know how this store only has 3.8 stars because it is for sure a five star pharmacy. I'm wondering if the people that gave it a lower star has ever been to another pharmacy nowadays. This store is packed with people and they are pumping out prescriptions like it's the super bowl. Really amazing to see how hard these guys are working as well as great customer service. We had a bad experience with Walgreens earlier and we will never use Walgreens over CVS again. Bravo to these ladies and gentlemen working here they are awesome.

I go here mostly for the pharmacy, and they are honestly wonderful! I mostly go at night so I appreciate them being open 24 hours, and absolutely love the night staff at pharmacy, especially Taylor! The store is also always clean and organized, and the front employees are always quick, attentive, and helpful!

CVS on Brookpark & Broadview used to be the best CVS. I can no longer say that. The customer service has changed & not for the better. The new automated phone call service is the worst, along with closing the pharmacy during "your" lunch making it inconvenient for your customers. I leave a message on another "automated" phone number to call me, when a person does call, she doesn't even know what they prescription is I have a question about. I guess after all the years with CVS time to look at other pharmacy options. Go back to REAL customer service CVS.

I truly Love this cvs they are so professional and fast!! Taylor is so amazing she even remembered my children names when I came to pick up Our medicine. It makes you feel like they really care and that your not just another person picking up medicine! I Appreciate the small things 💕💕💕💕
