Terrible!! Customer service is non~existent, and they make sure to tell// remind you a minimum of 300 x times per interaction that they are explicitly A"SPECIALTY PHARMACY and do NOT carry anything but these so~called " special" medications. If you push the issue and annoy them long enough they will begrudgingly fill all your scripts just so long as you also have a specialty script filled t here as well. They are also snobby and plain ol' ignorant

I was just at this location the pharmacy technician was extremely rude, she made me feel like i was bothering her because i didnt know which prescription i was there to have filled. I said good morning and she never looked up. Very bad customer service

If they tell you your prescription is ready, don't assume that it actually is. You still have to call and confirm that they didn't lie to you. Even if they do have your prescription ready, they won't give it to you unless a pharmacist is present, which isn't always the case. You might wonder "shouldn't a pharmacy always have a pharmacist present"? The answer to this question is yes, but not at this specific location. You might also wonder "isn't it dangerous to the health a customer to lie about the status of their prescription or their ability to pick it up"? The answer to this question is also yes, but that doesn't seem to matter to this location either.

I am getting a migraine medication shipped to findlay, oh, from this location. Or, i'm supposed to be. I've requested a refill five times on the website AND called and left a message and no one will return my calls.
