I was there this afternoon,bought 5 things. 5 things that were 6.99 a piece but 2 were 2/$12 and 2 were 2/$7,1 item was $6.99. tell me why when the cashier rang me out it was $62.00?? And when I questioned it she gave me an attitude and tried to explain it away,then it went down to $42 which is still more expensive than it should have been. You need to watch the totals because they are apparently thieves at that Walgreens.

Came in today to get a gift card. The cashier was having issues and could not get it to work. It was the computer and the manager was the only one who could help. The manager completely walked all the way back to his desk before the issue was solved at least three times. He just kept walking back and forth wasting our time. I left without a gift card. I feel bad for the cashier and hope the store can get a manager that cares about their employees and customers.

When did the pharmacy stop being customer centric?This store lacks any accountability for errors made. If your customer is advising you the system is giving you incorrect information regarding quantity limits, challenge yourself to reach out to the retail help desk to resolve the issue.It isn't rocket science but clearly an inconvenience for some of your staff.Why blow off the customer and make excuses? Your nonchalant and uncaring disposition impacts your customers. It is unfortunate the pharmacy is lowering the standard for the store.

Brandon sucks he doesn’t like his job “I just work here dawg” is not gonna fly he needs to be knowledgeable about the product in the store. Horrible customer service experience

This has always been my favorite Walgreens..It had been a while since I was there. Last two visits have been very good. They are fast. They actually answer the phone.
