The system was messed up from stuff about medicaid saying to bill medicare part d, and I don't actually think I should have had to pay 405, and call humana, medicaid, or the doctor. It's like medicaid should have had to call humana or something like that. Besides that, the pharmacist thought no big deal about me possibly returning another day or about stuff of 10:18-11:48. During that time, there was repeated questions of if I wanted to pay 495, and I had to say yes multiple times. Will that drug make me $495? No, it won't, and neither will other drugs I need, and so I don't think so about all that. However, of every other thing to spend money on, what's also a joke, is that I wouldn't feel dumb going to 1000 from 4000, if they said they'd sell me the vyvanse 70's, oxycodone 15's, secanol, temazepam, and stuff like that. Stuff like morphine er 60 is actually 15 or something like that, no insurance though, the old unpatented ones. They didn't have the generic and last time it was out of stock.

My client receives weekly medication refills, and unfortunately, he has consistently encountered issues each week when attempting to obtain his prescribed medications. These issues have included refill delays, lack of clear communication, and interactions with pharmacy staff that have been perceived as unprofessional and discourteous. Given that these medications are essential to his health and treatment stability, these repeated barriers are not only frustrating but potentially harmful to his overall care and compliance. As a provider working to support my client’s treatment and recovery, it is deeply concerning that each visit results in unnecessary stress and complications. Reliable access to prescribed medication is critical, and consistent service challenges create avoidable disruptions in care.

I stopped shopping at CVS, and now sop at Walgreens, the associates are always kind and helpful, and normally find what I'm looking for.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I may have forgotten to write this review sooner, but I have never and will never forget this incident. It was extremely traumatic, and it’s never too late to speak up, so here I am. I don’t remember the specific woman’s name (Robin was her name) anymore, but honestly, this reflects on the entire pharmacy. This is by far the most rude, unprofessional, insensitive, and dismissive pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I had just undergone surgery and not my first. I have endometriosis, my lung collapsed, and I had to go through multiple procedures. After my most recent surgery, I used this pharmacy simply because it was the closest to me. When I went to pick up my medication, the pharmacist (who I believe was new) clearly did not know what she was doing. At the time, I had insurance along with an HSA card. Whatever insurance didn’t cover, my HSA would and my funds had just been loaded. I even checked my balance to confirm. She attempted to run the card several times. The fourth time, she said it worked. She then went to retrieve my medication, and suddenly came back saying it didn’t work and that I had no money—despite just stating that it went through. I politely asked if she could try again or get someone else to assist, since it seemed like the card was being entered incorrectly. She immediately became hostile and started yelling across the pharmacy that I “didn’t have any money.” When I calmly explained that I did and asked again for someone else to help, she held my medication up, laughed, stuck her tongue out, and said, “You can’t get your medicine.” This happened on THE DAY of my surgery, while I was in extreme pain. I went inside to speak with the doctor on duty. He did not believe me and said she would never do that. When I asked him to check the cameras, no one wanted to do anything about it. Instead, I was banned from the store for being a “disturbance.” Yes, I was upset. And rightfully so. Anyone would be. While the police were there escorting me out, I asked the pharmacist/doctor if he could give me my medication directly. He said he would do it this one time and that it would need to be transferred afterward (which never happened). He then ran my same HSA card, it worked immediately, I paid nothing, and I received my medication. I never returned and never will. This experience shows a complete lack of care, accountability, and compassion. They do not seem to care who they hire or how patients especially those in pain are treated. No one deserves to be humiliated or denied medication during a medical crisis.

I had the worst experience in this pharmacy. I went in to fill in my prescription in the afternoon and they told me that I have to come back in the evening. I came in the evening, and it turns out that they don’t have that particular medication in stock. They send me to a different Walgreens. I was told their system “was down.” I get it, technical difficulties happen… But they didn’t even apologize! The other pharmacy couldn’t find the prescription in the system…. So i drive back to the pharmacy to have the pharmacist transfer the prescription verbally…. And guess what, now they can’t find the prescription. Again, no apologies, no acknowledgment of their mistakes. It is not like they were busy either, they just stood there chatting to each other. Also, none of the Walgreens in the area pick up their phones ever.
