Don't use this location to have film developed. Thought it would be fun to document a trip the traditional way. Took the camera in to be developed. Was told I'd be called once the pictures returned. Never received a call. My pictures just disappeared into the clueless employee void. Super cool.

Do not use this pharmacy. They will send you in circles trying to get a prescription filled and the male pharmacist is rude and lacks customer service as if you’re inconveniencing him. I was told my insurance wouldn’t approve the full amount for my prescription. Except when I called my insurance they couldn’t find any reason at all why they couldn’t fill it, other than possibly that the PHARMACY didn’t have enough pills for my total prescription. It had nothing to do with my insurance. And half the time the app will have all sorts of conflicting information. There was one woman I spoke to last week about my prescription issues who was super friendly and helpful and followed up with me, I wish I had caught her name.

Don’t go to this pharmacy, especially if you are filling a three day 5 mg hydrocodone prescription. Dropped a prescription off in two hours later they send a text message by Phone saying your prescription is delayed due to insurance issues. Keep in mind just had three teeth pulled, and they’re dragging us out most of the day. We called the pharmacy And they stated on the phone that they could not fill the Norco prescription for 12 tablets due to not providing medical insurance. We stated that we would pay cash for the prescription and they said we were not allowed to receive this prescription due to not having medical insurance. Now we have never heard of that before, but at that point, we decided to just tell them to give us our prescription back and they told us they can’t give us our prescription back because it’s illegal to do so which was a hardcopy prescription that was brought in. This is it our first bad interaction with this store has happened multiple times before and we should have known better against going to this disgraceful store. This is a delay and Care and discriminatory for not having insurance. We will be contacting the local pharmacy board in Ohio, as well as as possible legal council to explore what our further options may be. Please, this is a warning. Do not go to this store if you are in pain.

Product selection is decent for a Walgreens so theres not much of a complaint there. What I will say is I felt like a second class citizen in my own community walking in honestly. Two employees stared me in the eyes as I walked into the facility, retrieved my cart, then proceeded to shop. No greeting, no friendly smile, it honestly felt like I was not welcomed. Will not be returning. I will drive extra to nearby locations.
