John Ellis 2 months agoFirst time I ever been into this Walgreens and I learned that they are 24 hours, the two ladies the young lady and the older lady that were behind the counter both of the ladies were very helpful and courteous. The younger lady was very professional she answered all my questions and got my pictures to me very quickly which I was very surprised and the pictures turned out really really good. Would definitely recommend anybody that needs to get photo prints printed out going here and having them print out your pictures.
Jamey Andrew 5 months agoJust left the ER, they sent two prescriptions straight to this Walgreens. I get there and show the young lady my discharge paper with my name and the two meds on it to make it simple. She yells at me "That's not a prescription!" all rude. I go "I know, I just want you to see my name and what they sent."She was super dismissive.Waited like a whole hour of crap. After 20 minutes I call the ER myself—they say yep, we sent it. The doctor even asks to talk to the pharmacist, but the pharmacist says no way. Then boom, right after I get off the phone with the ER, one med suddenly shows up and they go "oh we never got the second one".So I call ER again, they resend it, I wait even longer, finally get my stuff. Funny how it all worked once the doctor tried to jump in and like suddenly they "found" it. Rude young lady, forever waits, no help at all, especially when you're fresh out of ER and just need your meds. I've gone to Walgreens before and it was fine, but this was trash.Poor training or whatever. Don't come here if you want quick service.
Hp Fr a month agoIf Dante wrote “The Inferno” today, he’d skip all that poetry and just drop you off at the Parma Walgreens pharmacy drive-thru at 2:47 p.m. on a Tuesday. This place isn’t a pharmacy. it’s performance art. It’s quintessentially Parma: slow, stubborn, and somehow proud of it. I called 14 times this morning to see if my prescription was ready. Fourteen. Each ring was a cry for help that went straight to voicemail, where a cheerful robot lady lied to me about “high call volume.” High call volume? Bro, your entire staff is three people: one cashier who’s been staring into the void since 2009, one pharmacist moving at the speed of a hungover sloth, and one teenager hiding in the photo center pretending not to hear the phone. Then I made the fatal mistake of going inside. The line? A glorious 45-minute odyssey that snaked past the greeting cards, the off-brand candy, and the sad little endcap of “As Seen on TV” products no one has ever bought. I aged visibly. I watched a toddler grow up and get his driver’s license while we waited. The woman in front of me was picking up heart medication and I swear she almost needed it by the time she reached the counter. When I finally got to the register, the tech looked at me like I’d asked her to solve quantum physics with a broken abacus. “We don’t have that ready.” Of course you don’t. Why would you? This is Parma Walgreens. Excellence is for other zip codes. Do yourself a favor: transfer your prescriptions anywhere else. Cleveland Clinic, CVS, Rite Aid, your weird neighbor who sells pills out of a cooler. literally anywhere. This place is where joy goes to die under fluorescent lights next to the $4.99 Father’s Day cards. 10/10 would rather set my insurance card on fire than come back. Avoid like the plague… which, incidentally, would probably get filled faster here.
Sue 5 months agoThey closed our Walgreens and we're stuck going here. Drive thru line is always slow. They never ask if you have questions. No microphone so you can't hear. Drive thru is not plowed. Please reopen the one on State and Pearl. To many messages that prescriptions are ready and not there when we go to pickup.
Casey Langdeau 7 months agoThere was a male pharmacist that did an amazing job conspiring me on the atenolol my cardiologist just started me on. I had a lot of questions for him since I’m also on a statin and he helped me feel at ease with all these medication changed in my life.
