Worse place ever to get prescriptions. I had a very rude customer service person behind the pharmacy desk answer the phone today. I've gotten numerous calls and voicemails, although I've called to request they remove my account from their system. However, I STILL get several calls saying a prescription needs refills, etc.. So I called again to reiterate removing me from their system, and FINALLY after three attempts of calls hanging up on me or being on hold forever, a VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY yells at me, saying I'm yelling. Him being in customer service should know better and lower his tone. The service is horrible! I've stood in line to have people waiting on their prescriptions complain about them!! You're on the phone on hold for hours and then they when pick up the phone, they either hang up on you and put you back on hold for 20+ minutes (no exaggerating) and you have to call back again. I've gone to get a prescription whereas they left a message saying that it was ready, but when I get there they said it's not ready. Sad, to say the least!

It's extremely difficult to get someone on the phone from the pharmacy. One day I sat in the Drive-Thru line 45 minutes constantly calling the store kept getting hung up on by the pharmacists every time I called. On this particular day I was on crutches, I ended up having to walk through the store to pick up the prescription on cast/crutches in severe pain. I inquired with the pharmacist as to why no one was answering the phone and why no one was at the window. The lady advised because she was working by herself. On a totally separate day when I had to pick something up, I still had questions regarding an unfilled Rx, but the pharmacist on duty that day closed the window and put a break sign up. It was 3:30 PM. Customer service isn't very great at this pharmacy. It's not like the commercial here. This is the closest pharmacy to my home. It's unfortunate

I work in a hospital. I was trying to call in a prescription for a patient. There are 3 callers ahead of you...then 2...then 1...amounting to a 30 minute hold...after which there was a pickup of the phone and an immediate click of being hung up on. I called back right away, and there were two callers ahead of me, and I've been on the phone for almost 20 minutes now. From several other posters, it appears that this behavior is common; on hold for a long time, then a deliberate hangup by the pharmacy when it's your turn. Pretty appalling behavior. I will be advising my patient to switch to a different pharmacy.

They will not allow you to deposit money on cards like chime after 9 pm now. The policy changed a couple of days ago and it’s honestly unheard of. I just needed to add 100 to my chime card to pay a bill, but nope. There is no way of knowing this unless you go to the store frequently which is also annoying.

Hours of operation Sunday open at 7 a m on.Doors are locked at 8:25 am.No, one's upFront store isn't open. Thank God for Dollar General it appears there management showed up!
