My wife had surgery at a local hospital. We got out too late to get her prescribed pain medication at our local pharmacy so it was called in to this Walgreens because it was open 24 hours. At the drive-thru they said to allow 20 minutes and they would text when it was ready. After 30 minutes and no text, went to the pharmacy counter to be told they couldn't fill it for a month. We did not understand why we would be told this because my wife doesn't normally have this prescription and this was the first time receiving the prescription. Instead of helping to understand what the issue was, the pharmacist on staff at 11:00 p.m. copped an attitude like we were some drug seeking degenerates. He was unprofessional and did not treat his customer with respect! He then gave a list of options that were unattainable at 11:00 p.m. As a result, my wife went the night after surgery without pain medication. When I went to my local pharmacy the next morning, our normal pharmacist said the Walgreen pharmacist was out of line and should have at least provided coverage overnight until The full prescription could be obtained in the morning. If I could give a negative rating for the way I was treated I certainly would. I definitely would not recommend this pharmacy after hours. I would drive an hour or more to another one to avoid this place and the way they treat their customers!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Walgreens location today. I felt like I was inconveniencing the pharmacy tech simply by asking questions about my prescription. When I referenced information that a gentleman had given me over the phone, I was told, “That was the call center — look around, there are no men here.” Regardless of who answered the phone, everyone represents Walgreens. As a customer, I shouldn’t be made to feel dismissed or talked down to for trying to understand my medication. I wasn’t being difficult — I simply wanted clarification so I could pick up my prescription and leave. Customer service, especially in a pharmacy setting, should be patient and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today.

The cashier was more worried about her tiktok purchase than she was ringing out customers. One the poorest transactions I have had there. The lady behind me was asking for a product. The cashier was paying more attention to her phone than the customers.

Waited 8 days for a script that was needed and after being put off each day, told later for pick up. Was ordered on a Tuesday. Told script in. Nope. Said coming in on truck Thur, after already telling me it was there and just needed filled. Told me it came in and would be ready. Went there to pick up and said not filled yet. Meanwhile through all this, I have someone at home hurting as went through radiation for prostate cancer. Terrible pain. I came home Fri and called main office. These people told me it be Mon or Tues and I was done. Have filed formal complaint but never heard back after such with any apology or anything. Nothing. Needless to say, I've moved my meds to different pharmacy.

This Walgreens never has medicines even after they tell you it is ready and they never fix their drive through speaker. I am moving prescriptions to Drug Mart where they are nice and knowledgeable.
