The staff at the walgreens are always incredibly helpful, including the ones who work inside the pharmacy. However, they never have meds in stock, even ones that are routinely ordered and refilled. I'm not sure what goes into the process, but I have continously ordered meds a week in advance to make sure they can be filled on time and it's rare I get them on the date I need them. It could be that this only happens with particular medications, but it's happened pretty much every time I've refilled my med here. :(

Ordered a prescription refill. Told to pick it up on Thursday. Thursday comes and they're out of my medication, but they'll let me know when it arrives. I call back days later. No one has any estimate as to when the medicine may be in stock. My prescription has now expired, and they refuse to refill it, despite saying they would, which they cannot anyway, since they are still out of my meds, and have no idea when resupplies will arrive. "Never trust our text messages, they're always inaccurate," the pharmacy tells me.

Convenient location, helpful staff but everything else dumpy, overpriced and a poor value compared with either cvs, Costco or even Walmart. The savings plan is a scam.

Making an appointment for a vaccination…. You should plan to wait for at a good long while. Though I will say the pharmacist was super helpful with making sure I was getting the correct vaccines, turns out I need an updated pneumonia shot.

The pharmacist, white male with black hair, was terribly unprofessional and not willing to help with my questions about my medication.
