Store # 11835 A customer walked back into the store stating the round battery he was given and bought was not the one that the package said, the battery was. He wanted an exchange. A male employee came over listened to the story asked for the package and receipt. Customer replied he through it in a dumpster. The male employee would not let him exchange. Expecting the customer to dumpster dive. I piped in and said "the customer literally walked out of store as I was walking in. Less than 5 minutes ago". Male employee would not budget. Customer had to purchase another battery.... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pros: Pharmacy folks are super friendly and do the best they can Cons: Literally everything else. Walgreens has left this location egregiously understaffed since Covid. No exaggeration: 85% of the time I’ve had stuff filed there, there’s been some sort of hold and I have to call. It of course takes a century to get past the bot, and then you’re on hold forever with it ringing because they’re short staffed. Without fail, the issue isn’t even a real issue bc immediately when I talk to them it’s fixed in 5 seconds without them doing anything besides answering the phone (not to mention, if there is an actual “insurance issue”, JUST FILL THE PRESCRIPTION AT REGULAR PRICE)! Switched everything to Costco and am much happier. Regrettably docs keep filling off the old info, which is why I am still writing about this stupid spot in the first place. Pharmacy aside, the rest of the store is just a regular, albeit sad, Walgreens location.

Some Walgreens are good, some are fine, and then there are those that couldn’t be less helpful or welcoming if they were on fire. This location is the latter.

I've been worried about having an easily obtainable drug store. FYI they're becoming a hard find. Walgreens ease's the stress and let's me get on with my day.

Do not waste your time at this place. Inventory does not match online. Shelves are bare. And if you want to risk getting hit by a car or stabbed come on down.
