No. Just no. Switched from CvS. My medication clocked in at almost $500. Had the prescription sent to Costco and paid $75. The phone System is atrocious. Waited for 20 minutes to never get through to a pharmacist. The pharmacy is so understaffed that there’s very few people to help so many looking for prescriptions fulfillment. Wait time ridiculous. The people as in the staff are doing their best with what little support they have. My prescriptions were over priced. The service was terrible and it was impossible to get anybody on the phone. This is a corporate management problem, not a staff problem. Will never ever go back.

The staffing decisions of Walgreens is literally driving me to use Amazon pharmacy. The wait times here at this store are horrendous, getting a prescription processed is a nightmare and when you are a person with chronic conditions that heavily rely on timely medications for quality of life, you absolutely cannot count on this pharmacy. No shade to the employees, they are making due with what they got but it's not enough to fill the need of the community.

One of the most inefficient pharmacies in Minneapolis in human history the lines are extremely long and customer service is inefficient and incompetent not enough humans working at the counter as well I am not the only one that says this. I will now get my medication delivered by Amazon as I do not need this headache Next time I will add documentation of the photo of the long lines. Average ETA to get your medication is 20 to 40 minutes or more EDIT:(Forgot to say!) The pharmacist’s handling of my privacy made me uncomfortable. After I had already handed over my ID for verification as the first step, the pharmacist loudly repeated my full name in a way that drew unnecessary attention in the pharmacy. Under HIPAA, staff are supposed to use only the minimum necessary information and make reasonable efforts to protect patient privacy, which includes speaking more discreetly when possible. In this situation, loudly announcing my name after already having my ID felt inefficient, unnecessary, and not respectful of my privacy.

As I write, this Walgreens has a 2.8 star rating. I can only guess it's that high because family members of employees have been writing reviews. Wait times are terrible, their phone system is terrible, their systems in general are inefficient and terrible. I've been trying to get a prescription filled for almost 4 weeks now...still waiting, despite promises. Allowing corporate purchases of independent pharmacies was one of the worst mistakes we've ever made.

I had a good experience here. I went in a little bit later (maybe 8pm ish). The store was clean. Staff was there very quickly to unlock the locked items. Some stores can take a while. I was trying to find a specific item, and a lady behind the pharmacy counter saw me looking, and helped me find it. That is good customer service right there. I forget her name, but great job!
