I’m disappointed with my experience at Walgreens - Nicollet Mall. The store was noticeably dirty and appears overdue for maintenance and upgrades. A large portion of merchandise is locked behind cases, which makes shopping inconvenient and time-consuming. A posted sale price on an item was not honored at checkout, despite the label being clearly displayed on the product. Staff were unresponsive and did not seem interested in resolving the issue. The pharmacy is also significantly understaffed. Prescription pickup took hours, which is unacceptable, especially for customers who rely on timely medication access. Overall, this location needs better management, improved staffing, and a serious update to both customer service and store conditions.

CVS out of network, Walgreens in network. Nice 5 blk walk from condo. Security always nice to me, opens door, greets me. Pharmacy staff is great! Usually a long line, but I'm retired, what do I care.

The pharmacy staff are always friendly and incredibly fast at filling my scripts. My vaccine appointment went great as well and they were able to get me in very quickly. They have a good stock of items as well. I think they do a great job here. Two thumbs up 👍👍

I am, frankly, always pleased with my experiences at different Walgreens locations. I think I interacted with a staff person outside a CVS store once and he was extraordinarily rude, to be honest, and within two years the store simply closed up. Which was completely understandable.

None of this is the store employees’s fault- my gripe is for whoever thinks 6pm is a convenient closing time for downtown Minneapolis and that essential items being locked is to prevent theft. Not only does it take a long time for an employee to come unlock an item in this busy location, but items like shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant being locked up feels dehumanizing and prohibits me from purchasing them entirely. My two stars are because this location is very clean with friendly employees and security people. However, friendly as they are, they all seem overworked and underpaid. I don’t want to support a store that appears to be weak to shoplifters and only contributing to the conditions that cause people to shoplift. I only go here because Walgreens is the only pharmacy that takes my insurance.
