Absolutely abysmal pharmacy to get meds from. I switched to Walgreens because they 'had a drive through' which seemed convenient, though I hadn't used it. Before I went to pick up a prescription I tried calling them to see if it was ready, but I just got a message saying "there are more than 3 people ahead of you." After 30 minutes of hearing that, I went directly to the store. At the store, I never saw anyone answering any calls, so I have to assume they just don't pick up the phone and make people wait, but honestly I have no idea. When I asked them about why their phone line took forever they just said "It depends on the day." Ok I guess. Well, then they told me my med wouldn't be ready for an hour. They also told me it would be a 'partial fill' but that they'd order more and it would come in the next day. So I had to leave (the whole reason I tried calling was to avoid having to drive back). So the med gets picked up later and brought home. When I opened the medicine, an antibiotic, it wasn't mixed. It was a dry powder. So I had to drive back. After waiting for 20+ minutes, they finally got to me. They mixed it for me, never apologized, just said "Yeah that's not supposed to happen." (Obviously?) Then someone comes up and tells me that they will not guarantee that the antibiotic would come in the next day. I said, "Well, then I'd rather return this and get the full dose at another pharmacy." And they said that once it was mixed I couldn't return it. Also, I wouldn't be able to get the prescription transferred because it was 'partially filled' here. So now I had to rely on them (a place who had already proven themselves inept) to get the remaining doses. Well, I left and called the prescriber and they managed to get the rest of the prescription sent to another place, and thankfully I did not have to interact with Walgreens after that. And by the way, they were wrong, I could get the prescription transferred. Thankfully.

If I could give negative stars to the pharmacy department I would. I was treated extremely poorly by the pharmacy staff. I would not recommend this one at all. You'll be treated better anywhere else.

Do not use this Walgreens. The people who work there try very hard. But they are chronically understaffed and do not answer the phone. The larger corporation should be sued for negligence as It is truly a dangerous bottleneck if you need medication.

Still standing at the front of the pharmacy waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Everyone walking around and won’t even look at me. I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes and am now late for my vaccine appointment. I have cancer and am disabled, so I made an appointment so I don’t have to stand around in a busy area and risk my life + exacerbate my chronic pain. This pharmacy should honestly be shut down. Or everyone working behind the pharmacy counter should be fired. They clearly hate their jobs and everyone who dares to come here. I will likely end up on the hospital after this.

I want to personally take time out to recognize Will and Zach whom I’ve noticed to have superior & exceptional customer service skills and goes over and beyond to get the job done. I understand that in today’s society theres a serge in having dependable staff. But I Personally want to thank these two for always being in an upbeat mood and always displaying professionalism amongst the daily challenges! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!! 💯💯💯
