I will never return to this Walgreens. The lanes are empty. They barely have merchandise on the shelves. A lot of homeless people at the store. Cashier he/she was very rude for no reason. Seems like he/she did not want to be at work. However, the other cashier with the glasses, he was very nice. As nice as he is, he does not belong there.

Truly the worst customer service at this pharmacy (except for Dan, if he still works there). I’ve been yelled at and hung up on when asking questions on the phone, I’ve been told that I should have called “to remind them” to fill a prescription that my doctor had already sent over the day before, I’ve been treated like a criminal that was going to steal things when I asked to just see a box of Sudafed behind the pharmacy counter so I could read some of the medication info. This place is so close to us and it would be so convenient to go there, but we drive across town to a pharmacy with less convenient hours because this Chicago Ave location is so bad. I get that they are short staffed, and I have worked retail so I know that can be overwhelming. But a lot of this is just plain rudeness and zero desire to help people get what they need (except for Dan).

Been using this pharmacy for over two years now. I come to this store/pharmacy mainly for prescriptions. The service here has improved so much. There are times when there is a line but it moves much quicker than it has in the past. It is the placement or replacement of employees that have made a world of difference. Keep up the good work pharmacy. Your performance makes a difference. Called earlier, pharmacist said it'd be ready in an hour, but an hour and half later not ready. Been 15 minutes waiting here for it. There are no customers here. I am alone waiting for my script.

I have been coming to this walgreens for prescriptions for about 1 year, and always have problems when picking up. I will receive calls telling me it is ready, and when I arrive they tell me it will be a 20 minute wait. I wait 20 minutes and get called up told my prescription is ready, and then am told one of my prescriptions is being sent from another location and wont be there until tomorrow. I understand that, but then they tell me that the other prescription they can fill if I want to wait again? Consistent problems portraying an understaffed pharmacy.

The renovation completed in late March 2021 made it feel I was in a different part of the state. People will love and enjoy returning as well. I appreciate all the people who played a role in remodeling it and making it a great amenity to a community that property values has shot up.
