Zero stars if I could. I literally just got off the phone with the rudest pharmacy employee I have ever spoken to in my life. She interrupted me, raised her voice to me. I was just trying to switch from another Walgreens to this one, and she was trying to match my account information from addresses 1700 miles away that I haven't lived at for over 20 years. When I tried to tell her my address, she raised her voice and jumped on me verbally, saying she was trying to match my info to the most recent address and for me to let her ask the questions. I've lived a mile away for years, and have been using Walgreens for years, so I don't know why she couldn't find my address. She finally did find it, no apology for going off on me. Then she told me from now on I would have to call in my prescriptions. I asked about the text notifications that I get where I just hit "refill", she said I have to call them in. This woman should not be working with the public. I wanted to ask her name but she kind of scared my. I really, really hope someone from Walgreens corporate or management reads these reviews. I hope she doesn't flip out on me when I go to pick up.

If I could give the pharmacy at this Walgreens a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. As a nursing student studying patient privacy, medication safety, and patient rights, I was deeply disappointed by my experience at this pharmacy. I was openly discriminated against in front of other customers and my privacy was violated during a pharmacy interaction that should have been handled discreetly and professionally. I have reported this incident to the appropriate entities that oversee pharmacies here in Minnesota. If anyone else experiences discrimination or inappropriate treatment at this location, I encourage you to report it as well.

Today was picking up my mother’s cancer meds. There was many and I had a few questions. Nenette was my cashier and helped me with some questions I had. Smiled and was happy to help get another med put through insurance properly. Thank you! When going thru being a caregiver for someone with cancer, the graciously attitude and helping hand really meant a lot to me tonight. Thank you!

I was in a bind to get my prescriptions after an ER trip the night before and before my flight. the younger gentleman who seemed to be a student dismissed my urgency and concerns. Annette however listened and helped me when I was in a bind with compassion and wonderful customer service. This walgreens is lucky to have Annette, she is their saving grace.

I have never experienced a more worthless company and pharmacy. Getting in contact with anyone is virtually impossible. Their online portal states that they are filling a prescription so you show up and they don't even have the drug. Talking with anyone gives you the distinct impression that they don't want to help you, and their voice activated phone system is about as helpful as window screens on a submarine. Avoid at all costs!!!
