I just witnessed the most horrific thing. I understand that pharmacist go through a lot every day and the pharmacy techs go through a lot when it comes to insurance when it comes to a lot of things, but what I just saw should never happen. A mother came in because she picked her son up from school and he was having breathing issues he was having asthma attack and she needed his prescription. She walked in right at 1:30 on the nose and the young pharmacist that looked like he was 22 which doesn’t matter, but I’m saying clearly doesn’t have kids and doesn’t understand the severity of how these things can turn bad so fast they could’ve closed the door around her and instead of arguing with Her about the medication they could’ve just gotten it and been out of his way and There are pharmacy techs that can help customers get their prescriptions while a pharmacist is on their lunch break for 30 minutes. This was the most heartbreaking thing I’ve seen and I’ve never been so disgusted and it’s no wonder why you have 1.2 stars for this store it’s sickening and clearly Walgreens has a problem and you guys need to fix it i’m gonna be calling corporate on this because this is gross

This pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. My prescriptions are consistently not filled in a timely manner. Online, they remain in a delayed status until I physically go to the store and make a complaint. The drive-thru is frequently closed, forcing customers to come inside and wait in unreasonably long lines, only to find that prescriptions are still not ready—even after waiting a week. On top of that, they often ask customers to wait another hour for their prescriptions. During my last visit, a staff member admitted they had prescriptions delayed for over two months, as if that was supposed to be reassuring. That is completely unacceptable. This pharmacy desperately needs intervention from corporate to address these issues. The current situation is unsustainable, and I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere, as I imagine many others will do as well.

AVOID. DO NOT BOTHER TO SHOP HERE. They are perpetually out of stock of anything you need, and what little they have is locked away behind plastic shields it takes 20+ minutes to get unlocked. I suspect if their prices were not so outrageous they would need To lock UP less. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This should be your absolute last option to get prescriptions filled. If you call, expect to be on hold for a minimum of an hour. Picking up prescriptions is usually an hour wait standing in line. Drive thru is never open. They won’t fill your prescription unless you call to get them to look at their system. Sometimes they randomly cancel your prescription fill after waiting 3 days.

Went to pick up my order, and when I got home, half of my items were missing. I called the store FOUR TIMES, and every single time I was hung up on. Drove 30 minutes back to the store, and they were completely unapologetic and made it seem like it was my fault. Got home and items were still missing.
