genuinely the worst pharmacy you could imagine, the people who work there are very nice but everything else is a nightmare. i have been using them for years and have picked up a prescription without issue maybe twice that whole time. filling my last one and finally transferring my prescriptions, which knowing this place will probably take a year or two off my lifespan

A couple Pharmacists and Pharm Techs are very good; but just today I had a younger pharm tech tell me to leave the empty drive through pharmacy, so that...other people could...not be there? She was extremely rude, like extremely. I usually wouldn't write a review on anything but she was just nasty to me. I told her I could get out of the way and reenter the line if someone showed up but she "couldn't have me waiting" in an EMPTY drive through. I could so easily forgive and understand if she wasn't so rude, speaking to me loudly and slowly like I couldn't understand her. I didn't retort with some inflammatory comment, she just started speaking to me like I was a child. I'm going to be using the Walgreens over in Highland Village area rather than deal with this pharmacy anymore.

This Walgreens has fantastic employees but I cannot believe how profoundly understaffed it is. You cannot go at any time of day and wait for less than 30 minutes. The lines are always tremendous whether you are in the drive-thru or the store. This is not a reflection on staff. This is inevitably a reflection on Walgreens and how little they value their staff and the support that they actually need and deserve.

Two complaints: First, keeping almost all products behind plastic casing makes shopping excruciating because you have to wait for an employee to get even the most basic items, making browsing and reading ingredient lists virtually impossible, so I avoid buying things here. The plastic case system makes this location unusable for shopping, and it also makes me feel like Walgreens expects me to be a criminal. It's embarassing and humiliating to have to ask an attendant to help you buy all your hygeine items. Second: I have needed a refill for five days. They ran out of my prescription at least five days ago and have told me each day I've called or contacted them that they would get it in "tomorrow" and they have not. I've been without my medication for five days. What the hell, wallgreens?? How do you just not have a widely-prescribed medication that you are NOT supposed to quit cold turkey?? For five days?? If my insurance let me switch to CVS I'd do it in a heartbeat; they're nicer there and I can buy deodorant without needing to wait for an underpaid and overworked staff member to finish up their other business and unlock a bulletproof vault or whatever.

I wanted to leave Shenequa and Bu (pharm techs) a good review. Yes there can be long wait times here at times but ALL of the techs are very very patient and kind. I believe there is a Scott or Steve also. They all care and do what they can. I take about 15 different pills and they take care of me. It's the busiest pharmacy, I've been using them for over 6 years. Every tech is very caring, attentive, and kind. I thank everyone in the pharmacy field for helping me always!
