I can't tell you how in the past.I've had not good dealings with this particular wallGreens! But I had an emergency room visit today had a parasite in my school, very up.Just a very bad day.Been an emergency all day.Got to the store ten minutes before the pharmacy closed.And even though the pharmacy did not have my prescription, the pharmacist explained to me made me feel comfortable, which is something i've never felt from this place ever greatful and hope it continues godbless an thanks

Why would you inform me that my online order is ready for pickup and then cancel it without any explanation? It’s unprofessional to say that the order is ready for pickup and then cancel it without providing a reason, such as an out-of-stock status. Do better!! Hate this store!

I’m so happy to have a Walgreens or CVS pharmacy in my community in close proximity to where I live. PATIENCE and CONSIDERATION is the key to a BETTER STORE. Disgruntle people who only see their side of the coin isn’t helping to keep this store open or happy employees who want to work there. Be GRATEFUL they’re still here, and that you can still speak to a live human being. This location was suppose to close because of the amount of shoplifting they experience but to my surprise they closed Geneva instead. Just be considerate, patient and kind to the workers, I’m sure they’re not there to make things difficult for you, and they are just making the best of the situations in their work space. Thanks

Why promote free flu vaccine, then ask for insurance after waiting for almost an hour. Just to then notify patients that Walgreens no longer accepts my insurance??
