Brittney is the heart and soul of this cvs wonderful person great with customers she is the type of lady you just want too be nice too she makes you feel comfortable place is very clean the pharmacy is great too nice staff at covid shot and flu shot. But Britney is a very wonderful lady she is dedicated has great drive great work ethic wonderful smile when I see her I think what a incredible person honest polite.

Heavier set, middle aged hispanic(?) woman working Tuesday eve night 10/14/25 very rude. Only a few customers coming through and she was very rude to everyone in the store. Other worker in store was fine. There’s no need to be overly kind but the bare minimum should be avoiding unnecessary aggression in interactions.

The pharmacy staff was outstanding! I am from western mass and I had a procedure done at Mass General and needed to pick up a prescription right after before I went to my hotel. I told the pharmacist at the counter that I figured it wouldn’t be ready yet and it was no rush, I could wait if they were busy. The pharmacist went above beyond to get my prescription ready in a timely manner. She even brought me out a chair to sit in while I was waiting because she knew I wasn’t feeling great. She had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for being so kind and professional!

This CVS has absolutely no respect for customer service and the man at the counter who is very bossy and rude is always pushing me to get a buy one get one free option when I tell him that I’m all set twice. I know that everyone has bad days so I went here a couple more times to give another chance yet I am STILL disrespected the exact same ways as before. Learn manner and learn to treat your customers with better respect. Never going back again.

Store leaves a lot to be desired but the pharmacy is 13/10. Truly the best pharmacy staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. They’re all SUPER on top of things and are SO beyond nice.
