I went to this store to return two items. When I arrived at the checkout area, there was no cashier present. One customer was already waiting ahead of me, and for several minutes no employee appeared. I looked around the store for at least three minutes, and it genuinely felt like no one was working there. During that time, the customer in front of me took three cans of Coca-Cola and walked out of the store without paying. This made me feel very unsafe and raised serious concerns about store supervision and security. Only after that happened did a cashier come to the register. His attitude was extremely unprofessional from the start. He did not greet me, appeared lazy and irritated, kept tapping on the counter, and even burped in front of me. I was returning items and also planned to purchase another product afterward, but due to the poor service and long delay, I decided not to make the purchase. During the return process, the cashier became visibly annoyed when the system required manager approval. He called the manager, who was also very rude and dismissive. She did not greet me, did not speak at all, walked over slowly, entered her password, approved the return, and walked away without any interaction. Additionally, the cashier did not even check the items I was returning. This lack of attention shows a serious failure in procedure — anyone dishonest could easily take advantage of this situation. Overall, this was a very poor and unsafe customer experience. Both the cashier and the manager were unprofessional, disengaged, and showed no basic customer service. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Walgreens store, and I strongly recommend immediate review of staff behavior, training, and store oversight.

Chelsea is a bit on the edge. I think Walgreens as a company tries to do its best.

They randomly closed at 1:30 pm saying that is their break for renovations or some thing like that, I arrived at 1:25 and still didn’t want to help me. For a pharmacy that very irresponsible cause some people need theirs medication and don’t have time to go back again. For a care provider they don’t care at all

I must admit that this location was bad, But I was wrong when it comes down to the pharmacist. Especially one name Mariana. She was very professional when dealing with my problems. They all are great and I must say Thank you. Keep up thee great work.

Going to the pharmacy is always a great experience, no matter who is at the registers they offer great customer service specially Daniela,Eva, Andrea,Tyler,Tam, Cody, they are very fast and efficient and they make us feel important by giving us individual attention making sure all our medications needs are met!! I greatly appreciated everything they do to make our lives easier when we need it the most!!
