I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS location. I placed an online order and received a confirmation email stating that my items were ready for pickup. Based on that, I made the trip to the store, expecting a smooth and quick process. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. When I arrived, the cashier treated me with clear indifference and lack of respect. What made the situation even more upsetting was the noticeable difference in how she treated the customer before me, who was white—she was kind, attentive, and helpful to her, but her attitude toward me completely changed. It felt dismissive and, honestly, discriminatory. Because of the confusion with my order, the cashier had to call a supervisor. While the supervisor did try to assist, the situation only got worse when I was told that the item I ordered was actually out of stock. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I had already received a confirmation email saying the order was ready for pickup. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of organization, and very concerning customer service behavior. No one should feel dismissed or treated differently when simply trying to pick up an order. I hope management takes this seriously—both in terms of improving their order fulfillment system and addressing how customers are treated in-store. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Daphne Zhu is without a doubt the best pharmacist I've ever dealt with! There are about three CVS's closer to my house but I take the train into Boston and go too this location because of her. She is so nice and beyond helpful. I hope CVS understands how lucky they are to have such an incredible pharmacist working for them. Simply said she's best!

Super convenient location with a wide selection of items! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my quick trips a breeze. Love how they have everything from snacks to health essentials all in one place!

Very good pharmacy - open seven days a week - but the rest of the store is a nightmare. The pharmacy deserves five-stars. The rest of the store deserves zero! No staff on the registers, many items on shelves need to be unlocked by an associate (even Dawn!), products tampered with (I purchased an OTC anti-anti acid only to find, when I got home, that the foil had been broken). Walgreens next door is a far nicer experience but their pharmacy is closed on weekends.

I went to this CVS on Tuesday April 8. I selected 2 items. I was walking to the self checkouts when an employee came very close to me, almost bumping into me. She was using a headphone. She didn't say excuse me or say she wanted to pass by. I decided not to make the purchase and when I was leaving I commented on the rudeness of the employees,.she didn't say anything. The 2 stars are for the store layout and the products. The positive aftermath of the situation is I went to another CVS where the employees are professional and courteous. Five stars for them.
