I recently visited Walgreens and had a really convenient shopping experience. There is plenty of parking space available, which makes the visit easy from the start. The entrance is clean and welcoming, and the store has a wide variety of items. From home decor and everyday essentials to medicines and cosmetic products, almost everything is available in one place. I also noticed the price scanner, which makes it simple to check prices while shopping. The chocolate section had many great options, and the photo booth inside the store is a nice feature. Another great thing is that most of the prices are reasonable, making it a good place to shop for daily needs. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient store with many options in one place.

I’m not surprised by all the other 1-star reviews. Their communication is nonexistent. They consistently hang up on callers as soon as the line is transferred to the pharmacy department. It’s inexcusable to treat people this way when they are trying to manage their prescriptions. Clearly, this location has zero interest in customer service.

The pharmacists here are good at their jobs and work incredibly hard. The real issue is the system they’re forced to use. It needs to be upgraded. Long lines, short staffing, and slow technology create unnecessary frustration, and customers end up directing their anger at employees who are trying their best. I heard people saying awful things today, and it was unfair and unacceptable. Walgreens — please upgrade your systems and support your staff.

The pharmacy is a constant disappointment. One time I received the wrong prescription. One time I got the wrong amount for the wrong day supply. Most recently, I returned to the pharmacy by after the pharmacy manager told me my prescription would be ready two days ago only to return to the store and it was not ready. Then the pharmacist went to the shelf and told me they were out of stock of the item. I went to the shelf and grabbed the item (over the counter item) to hand to him myself. They still took an additional ten minutes to fill it. No apology no nothing! I don’t even have to see any numbers to know that this location is underperforming. I asked for information to reach the DM, and instead of being given that information, the pharmacist went back and forth with me. 0/0 would NOT recommend.

The store has extremely disorganized and bare shelves. Stood at the pharmacy counter for over five minutes until an employee even acknowledged my existence. One of the worst Walgreen’s I’ve ever been to.
