Kfit a month agoThe Walgreens location has been here for a long time and is very spacious, which is great. However, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to staffing and customer service. They are often short staffed despite having high traffic, which can make quick in and out visits more difficult and time-consuming. I understand it’s an essential pharmacy and will continue to stay busy regardless, but better staffing would really improve the overall customer experience and convenience for customers.
Ellen Han a month agoThere is a lady pharmacist that’s very rude and sounds like she hates the patients. I am not been exaggerated, if you were there, you would feel the same way. I just went to the ER today, had really bad respiratory issue and throat pain. My friend helped me called to see if they can transfer the prescription, but she told him he needs to call CHA to let them transfer it, which is proved wrong later. After that, she told my friend they don’t have the medication in stock, but she didn’t tell him they can restock it tomorrow. My friend went to call around, but Walgreens are really giving him hard time, the web doesn’t matches the store, the store phone call takes forever, etc. When I am able to call, I called her to ask when they can restock it, she said they can’t do it today, they can only do it tomorrow, but it will arrive on Monday. Which doesn’t make sense. She said if we ask her to do it earlier, she can get it by tomorrow, but if she does it tomorrow(it’s Wednesday today), it won’t be here until Monday. She doesn’t want to tell me why, and really sounds annoyed. I can’t understand how a medical professional can be so no-empathy to a patient, and a poor wondered people don’t know where to get the medication, and the right information, and is in so much pain. She ended up saying it’s cuz “transfer will take a day, and then order will take a day”. But she also said if we transfer it today(we called in the afternoon), she can get it tomorrow. You see the problem here? Also the ways she says it, it’s clearly the type of punitive tone of ——oh you didn’t ask me to do it earlier, now you gonna pay the price, suck it up. But she didn’t even tell him she can get it tomorrow. Everything now is already very unprofessional. But she even accused me of “telling her how to do her job,” when I was simply trying to understand the timeline and what my options were. Being a patient that every words I say feels like knife slicing my throat, plus shortness of breath, plus my friend have called all afternoon and had to go to work, me facing someone totally have no empathy and no willing to help. This makes me never wanna work with Walgreens again. Walgreens need to fix this. Really need to take this seriously. People in power need to be more cautious not to abuse it when you facing someone vulnerable.
Jessica Chirichetti 4 months agoI come this to Walgreens regularly, and had a bad experience with a rude store manager today. I was buying a birthday card and a set of cards were water damaged. When I raised this issue, the store manager refused to even look at me or the cards, and said I had to buy the card at full price, or she was just going to throw them out. When the cashier could not scan the card because it was so water damaged, I had to go back in the aisle to find another card similar price for the cashier to scan. Awful customer service. There should be better customer service and basic respect for others. Very disappointed.
Geovanny Tobar a month agoI went to this store on May 18, 2026, around 10:30 PM to buy some congestion medication—and, while I was at it, to use a discount on my credit card. We were assisted by a very friendly young man. However, as he was applying the discount, a woman appeared out of nowhere—I assume she was the manager on duty. She was a fair-skinned, somewhat older woman who seemed utterly fed up with her life. She was quite rude to the young man working as the cashier; she said something to him about some numbers while he was applying my discount—which, literally, involved nothing more than scanning a barcode on my phone. Honestly, I could see the young man’s discomfort when she approached him; he didn't even really respond to her, just said "OK," because—quite literally—he hadn't done anything wrong. At that point, I stepped in to tell her that he was simply trying to apply a reward from my credit card, to which she merely gave me a disdainful look and walked away. I decided to write this review because there are a couple of other reviews mentioning this woman, and I know just how uncomfortable it can be to work alongside a bitter, toxic person. If she treated casual customers like us—who were just stopping by to pick something up—in such a manner, I can't even imagine what it must be like to have to work an entire shift with her.
Logan a year agoOne of the only pharmacies within 5 miles of my home that consistently has my very common medication in stock. While you might wait in line up to 10 minutes sometimes, so please try to be nice to the staff. The store seems somewhat clean inside. My only issue is that it can feel a little unsafe in the parking lot outside the front of Walgreens sometimes. So stay aware of your surroundings. Never had an issue, it’s just not the most well lit area at night.
