I just moved to this pharmacy and am not surprised at all to see that they are a two ⭐️ star pharmacy. I am completely out of my medication and they told me I would be able to pick it up today. I never received a notification from them as it never arrived. This was ordered on a Wednesday! This is a common medication that should be regularly stocked. Not some rare cancer treatment medication. This is a commonly prescribed medication that should be on supply in any normal pharmacy. The woman on the phone acted as though this delay is commonplace. I would avoid this pharmacy as they seem completely at ease with being inept. I would only give it one star as that is required to leave a review. Everyone knows a one star really means ZERO!

I had a very frustrating experience with this pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription, and I received messages saying it was being processed and then ready for pickup. However, when I went to the store—twice—they gave me a different medication that I didn’t need. The pharmacist then told me it might have been returned because more than 10 days had passed, even though this was a new prescription. After that, they told me to go to another location, but that store didn’t even have the medication in stock. What’s most frustrating is that I kept receiving messages telling me to come pick up my medicine, even though it wasn’t actually available. This caused unnecessary trips and wasted time. People have busy lives, and clear, accurate communication is very important—especially when it comes to medications. Overall, this experience felt very disorganized and careless. I hope they improve their system and communication so other customers don’t have to go through the same situation

Decent store with a good selection of everyday items and friendly staff. The layout can be a bit cluttered at times, making it hard to find what you need quickly. Overall, it's a convenient place to stop for essentials, but it could use some organization.

I just came here to get a photo book printed after another Walgreens told me their machine is broken and I told me I have to cancel my order and make a new one in another store. I did it in a hurry and didn’t arrange the the pictures. When I got here everyone at the cashier was so nice and all listened to me and took me to the guy that let me take my time to rearrange all of them. You guys were awesome 5 star!! By the way I’m still here waiting for me book to be put together as I type this 👍

The assistant manager, Ryan, at the South Boston location should be getting an award for his efforts. He helped me with a photo book I was trying to make, helping me for at least 30 minutes. No one does this...I was so grateful and Im giving him a shout out which was well deserved.
