Store close at 11pm and I got there at 10:58 and there was still a customer in store I asked Amrit the store supervisor if I could grab some sanitary napkins and told me that he wants to go home. Do not come here.

went in there last week for passport photos. requested for a digital copy via email, didn't receive it. tried waiting for a few days. went back today, was told to call customer service. was told that there was a typo in the email, they weren't able to adjust it. had to come back into the store, told that i need to return the photos. however, i was not given a receipt last week, so they could not process the return. so i basically wasted 22 dollars. although i have the physical photos, renewing passport in-person does not exist nowadays. i got screwed over by their own mess-up. the person from last week did ask me if i received, which i didn't, and then was told to check at home. but she never double checked with me if my email is correct. proceed with caution...they never solved my problem.

Got my flu shot here! Melissa was kind and professional, would definitely come again. They were juggling a lot of patients at once and kept their cool.

Such a frustrating place to shop at. Only the manager guy seems to do anything even at the bare minimum. Talking to people like they're dumb and wrong when the system isn't working properly makes people not want to shop here. Walking away from people when they're asking for clarification is rude, and makes me not want to come here even if it's convenient. I get people are burnt out but I'm polite, and it's not my fault you deal with people that don't act like me.
