This Walgreens is in a prime location, but the condition of the building is unacceptable. The facade is deteriorating, with visible cracks, peeling stucco, and heavy dirt buildup across multiple surfaces. It looks more like an abandoned structure than a pharmacy in Coral Gables. This is not a minor issue. In a business where cleanliness and trust are critical, this level of neglect sends the opposite message. The contrast with the newer buildings around it makes the situation even worse. It feels completely neglected from an operational standpoint. Urgent intervention is needed. This is not the standard a Walgreens in this area should be operating at.

Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00 am. They aren’t here yet and it’s 9:06 am. This isn’t the first time it happens. I have to go to work but I need my meds! Ugh sorry. Be on time.

I come to Walgreens almost daily and am greeted by Rose 🌹, the cashier, everytime with a smile and with kindness. I always find what I need here and everyone is super helpful. I also like how it’s easy to get in and get out of the parking. Again, Ms. Rose is awesome and so sweet!

Avoid.. I had to buy reading glasses at 6am for work.. supposed to be open at 6am and its closed.. I recommend they close this walgreens permanently.. I wasted my time coming here...

Customer service was outstanding. The associate was quick and knowledgeable about the product. I will continue to shop at my local Walgreens and that’s for all the services they provide.
