Store associates were very helpful. I was very happy that given the close proximity to South Beach in Miami, the store didn't price gouge. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach!

Today, January 18, 2026, I wanted to send money via Western Union, but the seller, or whoever he was, named Luis, was very rude! You should fire him immediately! I always used to shop at this store, but I will never go back as long as he works there. ! I saw already people complain about him! Check reviews

We had a wonderful experience at the shop of south beach ! As French poeple we really appreciate the experience !! BIG SHOUTOUT to ELYZABETH and ALL THEAM YOU VE BEEN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!

I had to get the police involved just for a refund. Manager Luis lied to me over a simple refund stating refund don’t happen over night which is not a Walgreens policy. Then he gets upset because his employee makes an error and he did not know how to fix it. As a customer I was very disappointed when he tried to kick me out after he refused my refund. He went to the security guard and tried to have him kick me out, thank God your security had more sense to know Luis was in the wrong and waited till the police got there. Once the police got involved Luis tried to lie again and make up his own policy stating no returns after a certain time. The officer asked if that was in writing anywhere within the store. After 20 mins of going back and forth Luis finally called a more seasoned staff to return my item. This was the worst experience I ever had at a Walgreens and anytime I’m in FL I will be going to CVS
