My first purchase of 2026 at my favorite store, buying my favorite personal care products with the best deals. And always with the best service, support, and advice from the attentive pharmacy staff, especially the cosmetics team—today it was Oneyda. She's always so special, kind, and helpful with my questions. I love the personalized attention in this department, something you don't get with online shopping, so I want to commend these employees. I'm so happy!

Alexandra, the manager at this Walgreens store, should be fired immediately. Her behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable. She was disrespectful, rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and totally unhelpful during the entire interaction. No manager should ever treat customers with this level of disrespect and attitude. I also have videos showing Alexandra disrespecting me and behaving in an unacceptable manner inside the store. Walgreens needs to take this situation seriously and hold their management accountable. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and proper service — not hostility and arrogance from a store manager.

I had a horrible experience at Walgreens because of a manager named Alexandra. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout the interaction. Instead of acting like a manager, she treated me with attitude and disrespect for no reason, creating a hostile and uncomfortable situation. I also have videos of Alexandra disrespecting me and showing her unacceptable behavior toward a customer. No one should be treated this way at a Walgreens store. Corporate management seriously needs to investigate this situation and address the behavior of employees who think it’s acceptable to treat customers with disrespect

Prices here are double what they are at regular stores and you cannot return anything unless it’s being returned back to this exact location. Rip off & taking advantage of tourists when Walgreens makes enough with their regular pricing .
