I asked an employee called Wendolina to verify a price, and she was incredibly dismissive and rude (it got worse… almosy unreal) Sadly, this is not the first time I have a bad experience here. I came in for western union and the lady told me it was on the second floor- I went to the second floor walked all the way down the hallway and back - nothing. It wouldn’t be a big deal except for I’m on crutches with a horrific knee injury so even five steps is effort . I have to calculate my time when I go into any shop. I had to call my friend to help me because communication with them is impossible. It seems like you should have to speak English fluently to work in a store. Ridiculous and as a foot note the elevator and the 2nd floor is absolutely disgusting and need thorough cleaning.

Dear Walgreens at 4049 PINE TREE DR Miami Beach, FL 33140 The filth outside this store does not inspire health or wellness. The floor right outside the not-so clean glass doors is covered with black unsanitary chewing gum. The two large trash cans are filthy and in need of repair. Not sure while this is. This to me is a corporate issue that comes from upper management. . I have to add that the store inside is well managed and everyone is courteous, respectful and nice. It is also for the most part, organized. But please, please clean up outside.

I called asking about balloons and Kimberly answered the phone. She was so kind over the phone and went above and beyond to answer my questions, asking multiple people to really make sure that my questions were answered appropriately. I was actually afraid of calling up this Walgreens because I know its a popular location and usually the service I receive is so harsh/rude at Walgreens. Thank you Kimberly for being so human!! Give this woman a raise!!

Very bad experience my son needed to use the bathroom and they are lying the bathroom is out of service never again will come here
