I bought a NYX pencil and the price was wrong. There was no price displayed other than 4.99. They charged me 5.99 and it's not about the price itself, but the unfair situation. When I questioned it, they took a long time to assist me and were incredibly rude!!!! The employee even took the pencil I had already bought and gave me a different color: luckily I was paying attention! I hope you improve your customer service and organization because it's awful.

I would like to leave a special review specifically for Darren, the pharmacist who assisted us. I am a caregiver for an elderly person with mobility challenges who uses a walker, and Darren ( January 19th, 2026) showed exceptional patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He took the time to explain everything very clearly, answered all our questions, and never rushed us. His calm and respectful attitude made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Darren, he truly represents the highest standard of care and professionalism. Walgreens is very lucky to have him. Thank you, Darren, for your empathy, competence, and dedication. It truly make a difference!

Bad customer service, Brianna the store manager made us pay for a Roblox card that had the pin scratched in the back, not by us. It looks like the responsibility was of the customer not of the agent that sold the card in that condition. At the end we verified and the card had the funds inside. Anyhow, I couldn't use that card for a gift to my daughter's friend given the condition and I had to buy a second one. I hope you have better luck guys.

5 stars! Pharmacist Jorge provides spectacular service. He answered all my questions about cough medications. He's truly professional, offers excellent service, and helped me get the best prices. Without a doubt, he provides exceptional service and is a great professional.
