Will a month ago

I was charged for a medication using my regular card on file without my authorization, even though my discount card was already saved in the system. On another occasion, I arrived at the pharmacy drive‑thru five minutes before closing, and once I reached the window, the attendant simply told me, “Sorry, we’re closed,” and she refused to help.In both situations, I spoke with the person in charge, and each time I was told the pharmacy manager would contact me. He or she never did — not once. Either he/she ignored the message, or the message was never passed along.Overall, the service has been unacceptable, and because of these repeated issues, I have moved my prescriptions elsewhere.

Their service is horrible. The pharmacy takes forever to attend you. We were 2 people in the line and they took 23 minutes just to help us get our prescription. Super rude and have no type of morals. They also informed the lady in front of us the wrong thing 2 days in a row. They don’t even acknowledge you or even tell you “i’ll be right with you” there was 2 workers and a doctor and only 1 person was in th line. Disgusting behavior.

I understand pharmacists are short staffed and busy but being hung up on twice is unacceptable especially with how long I waited on hold. I’m inquiring about a medication I need for an ear infection which I received a notification saying it was out of stock. I’m in pain and I was inquiring if I could pick it up elsewhere. I asked to speak with someone who spoke English, had to wait another 15 minutes, and then I still couldn’t understand the person. He didn’t say anything about putting me on hold, but proceeded to, and then ultimately hung up on me. I called again, and keep calling, and they will not answer. It’s been two hours and I am in a lot of pain. I hate how in order to get an answer I’ll have to drive over there myself. Seems like this is just the norm nowadays and it sucks.

I called multiple times the pharmacy different days and they always hang out the phone every single time without even asking or trying to help. It’s very rude.

This place is super slow I usually go to cvs to get my prescription but it was only available at Walgreens they made come back 2 times because the prescription wasn’t ready yet. 2 people in line and the wait was past 30 minutes.
