I was surprised to learn that select Walgreens stores offer a comfortable environment for specimen collection by Labcorp, which is located near the pharmacy area inside Walgreens stores. Last week, I had a bad experience with my regular goto Labcorp in Miami Beach when they closed their office to the public for several days without telling the patients! All because their a/c didn't work, which is understandable. Although I had a bona fide appointment with them on 08/2/25 and they have all of my information, they never called me to let me know that their office was closed. I found out after I drove all the way to their office on the 5th floor and found a note on their door that they were closed. I called them several times that day and left messages as they requested but they never called me back to this day. I called their corporate office and I was informed that I could go to this Walgreens for Labcorp testing. So that's why I drove all the way to this Walgreens location so that I could get my bloodwork done before I see my specialist next week. Unbelievable. On to the good part! I was very impressed with Yudit, the Labcorp Tech, who performed my blood work. Not only does she have a nice personality, but she also inserts the needle without any pain to my arm whatsoever! I didn't realIze that she was already drawing blood. She gets 5 stars from me. The process was quick and I was out of there. Thank you, Yudit! The reason for 3 stars is because I had a confirmed appointment here and still had to wait a half hour before my name was called to go in. The waiting room was packed, people sneezing and coughing next to each other in a small space. I hope I don't get sick. There were 2-3 lines of people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. Then you have the walk-ins for Labcorp adding to tje count. There were not enough seats available either. Some of the walk-ins were loudly upset because they had been waiting for over 2 hours to be called. I told a couple of them to set up an appointment on the Labcorp website to avoid the long waits. They didn't know that they could do that. So hopefully that helps in the future. Maybe management can take a look at the situation for a better way to handle it all. I do appreciate that Walgreens gives space to Labcorp to perform this very important function. It really helped me out. There is a large parking lot for customers as well as several handicap spots in front of the store.

Commendation to store manager, Mr. T. for his par excellence professional customer service. He is a critical thinker. Mr. T. is courteous and intelligent. He demonstrates the stores' protocol for returning items with knowledge and understanding. Mr. T. eliminates stress by providing reasoning to support actions taken. He is an asset to your company. Thank you.

If I could rate NO stars, I would. It is impossible to prescribe medications, leave a message or reach the pharmacy period. They literally pick up and immediately place your call on an eternal hold. I have been calling non stop since 9am (they open at 9am) and no luck. Terrible terrible terrible.
