They make mistakes with prescriptions, leave you hanging without your medicine, never pick up the phone (after 35 mins on hold) and when you go there they tell you its your fault and “you should have gotten in contact with them”. Incredible.

Pros: The regular store works as you would expect any normal Walgreens. It has medications, random beach stuff, ice cream, etc. Cons: The pharmacy is exceptionally slow. It's confusing, because they always seem to be busy, yet I've been waiting for 15 minutes and the line has not moved one person. The staff is courteous enough, but it doesn't help when you can't get your meds. **Update 1: They "don't have access to the system" so the other two people and I are SoL until further notice. At least i was able to write this review. *Update 2: I just rearranged their products for them because they were incorrectly placed on the shelves

💊💊Trying to get an Adderall prescription filled is often a demoralizing hassle, met with backorders and judgment. For context, I have been trying to get a solid answer for about two weeks regarding my RX. Today, my 4th and hopefully final call to this Walgreens was the not a frustrating hassle, but the exact opposite, thanks entirely to Stephan (Stefan? Steffon?) He was not only kind and efficient but radically understanding. He gave me a clear timeline, personally prioritized my refill, and signed me up for text updates on the spot. In a world where this medication is unfairly demonized, his compassion was a relief, it's been over 2 weeks since the Rx was first sent in and it is still unfilled. I know Walgreens pharmacies are understaffed and everyone is stretched thin, which makes Stephan's professionalism shine even brighter. PHARMACY MANAGER: Stephan is a huge asset to your team and deserves to be recognized, hopefully in 💰 TYSM Stephan!

Been waiting at the drive through pharmacy for 25 minutes. Seems only 1 staff is working. I can’t go inside because I have my dog with me. There’s no line inside so idk why there’s a delay. I pressed the call button to let them know I was waiting just in case. The woman who answered just hung up on me without saying anything. This pharmacy is always slow af. I’m finally giving up and moving my prescriptions somewhere else. Most of the time the staff is really nice but they need to hire more people.

Marisa in the pharmacy ALWAYS has a smile on her face, she knows my name and keeps me up to date on my vaccinations as well. Coming from someone who has worked in and supervised customer service for years, Marisa is truly an asset to Walgreens and she always makes my visit a great experience. Please give Marisa whatever recognition that you can. And she deserves a raise.
