Very poor service at this Walgreens. On two different occasions, I have asked for help to an employee Mileidy and both times she has shown a very bad attitude. She is unprofessional, unfriendly, and makes it feel like customers are bothering her when asking for assistance. This kind of behavior leaves a terrible impression and makes me not want to return to this location. Walgreens should really pay attention to this issue because customer service is key, and unfortunately, Mileidy provides the opposite

Great experience at this store. Leo and Pedro are excellent workers, always attentive and with a great attitude. They are really good guys who work hard and make the place stand out.

I recently visited the Walgreens pharmacy and had an incredibly frustrating experience with one of the pharmacists, Yohaime . Unfortunately, his behavior and professionalism left much to be desired. Upon arriving to pick up my prescription, I was met with a dismissive attitude from Yohaime Instead of greeting me politely and assisting me with my order, he seemed annoyed by my presence. When I inquired about a delay in my prescription, Yohaime responded with sarcasm and made me feel like I was bothering them rather than a valued customer. Even though I was in excruciating pain he sent me to a different location Furthermore, Yohaime struggled to provide clear and accurate information, which is concerning coming from a pharmacist. This lack of professionalism not only makes me question their competence but also puts customers' health at risk. To make matters worse, I observed Yohaime interacting with other customers in the same unprofessional manner. His consistent disregard for customer service is alarming and reflects poorly on Walgreens as a whole. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue and considers taking appropriate action. No customer should have to endure such a negative experience when seeking help with their health. Until changes are made, I will think twice before returning to this Walgreens location. I would like from someone from administration reaches out to me in order for me to go into details

Gave one star bcs there is no other option. Worst employees starting with the night manager who didn’t help us with a product prize which definitely was wrong bcs I find very hard to believe that two deodorant will cost 32.99. The prices displayed was 2/14.99. If you don’t pay attention when you pay they will rib you!

I don't know why this location has such bad reviews. The store is very clean and organized. The staff are helpful. They do answer the phone. The pharmacist is helpful and speaks English. The staff does not speak English very well. However, they do try to help. I switched from Walgrens Brickell to this location.
