Great Walgreens experience! Super friendly team—the pharmacist took time to explain my meds, caught a potential interaction, and switched me to a cheaper generic that saved me a ton. Store was spotless, fully stocked, and easy to navigate. Fast drive-thru and quick in-store checkout. myWalgreens app & rewards are actually useful. One of the best locations around—definitely coming back!

I just talked with the most responsive helpful. Patient pharmacy attack I have ever come in contact with. Amazing service they helped me sort out my medications with such a positive attitude!! Absolutely slay will be coming back

Rude employees. I was waiting in line and the cashier left his register to break a $100 bill. I was stepping back to let him pass even though he could have went around me and he didn’t even wait for me to finish my step and cut me off. I am disabled and could have fell. Then while he was cashing me out he was laughing and wouldn’t make eye contact. Weird behavior grow up.

I visited Walgreens located at 1111 3rd Ave Chula Vista, Ca , I grab what I wanted and loaded my card so my trip to Walgreens is a plus for me I don't need to go to more than one place for my needs also I love the way Santa assisted me right when I walked in the store till I excited to leave. I visited this store today to fulfill a DoorDash order. When I entered, my phone signal was weak, so the order details took a moment to load. Once everything populated, I went to the designated aisle to pick up the items. As I walked through the store, a manager; at least someone who appeared to be in that role began following me. It seemed as though he was monitoring me under the assumption that I might be stealing. After I selected the single item needed and headed toward the register, he abruptly pretended to straighten shelves nearby. This experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. No customer or delivery driver should feel profiled or watched without cause. If the store is concerned about theft, staff should address those issues without making legitimate customers feel targeted. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service.
