Every time I come to this pharmacy to pick up my medication, the wait is incredibly long. Even when there’s no car in front of me, I’m still stuck in line for 20–30 minutes before anyone even checks in. Today, I was sitting there with zero energy and sleepy eyes — exactly why I needed my medication — and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes without any acknowledgment. This has become a consistent issue, and unfortunately, I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy. Not a great experience.

I think this is the most disrespected I've ever felt in my life. Every time I walked to an aisle they announced "customer assistance needed" in that aisle. It was the same thing every single all I went down. there were only a few shoppers maybe four other than myself. All the other shoppers start kind of looking at me because they too saw and heard what was going on. The sad part about it is that I don't get out very often I have an autoimmune disease that makes him very painful to walk most days and this particular day I just happen to be feeling okay and wanted to do one of my favorite things it's just just go shop for random stuff. they treated me like I was a criminal and had other people looking down their noses at me. I wasn't dressed poorly. And even if I was what they did was way out of line and I know for a fact that they've seen this review and have chosen to ignore the fact that their staff is racially profiling...and that they don't even do well kind of like their inventory staying up to date they don't do well with that either. customer service is a joke and I'm waiting for an apology that will never come So they can do without my business And I recommend that all of you take yours elsewhere as well. They don't deserve it. ZERO STARS

FYI no one will come over to help when you hit the buttons to open the locked cabinets where the deodorant and so forth is locked up. No worries though, just pull on the locks and they pop right open. In fact you can probably steal a bunch of stuff from this useless store by just opening the locked cabinets all over and walking out. Literally zero employees are paying any attention and won't even help you if you ask for it so enjoy 👍🏼

1. Don’t make COVID or other injection appointments at this site. I scheduled a group appointment. We arrived 20 minutes in advance, waited in the regular line for med pick up because this location loves to see you wait. They don’t have a separate injection only line. Hello ??!! Then when you get to the front they have you wait another 15 minutes to warm up the medication!! More waiting. Hello??!! They knew we were coming because we scheduled an appt, why the constant waiting. Awful pharmacy!! 2. Then they assume that I am ignorant and only speak Spanish because I am brown. Guess what Walgreens not all brown people speak Spanish!!! 3. Then you don’t know who is serving you. The people at the front don’t wear name tags.

Horrible service I have been trying to call to get a prescription early that I need but no one picks up and I'm stuck with the computer when I need human help so disappointing
