Do not use the pharmacy! My child has medication he NEEDS to take everyday. The pharmacy got his refill and notified me it was pending. I went to pick up his refill because he was out. This Walgreens informed me at pickup that they were out of stock and had no idea when they would get it in stock. They didn’t care that they hadn’t informed me ahead of time or that my son would have been without his medication. Thankfully the Walgreens on Poway Rd in Poway had it in stock! I picked up his medication from there. I assumed it was just a one off for that pharmacy but then a similar thing happened to me. I am prescribed a controlled substance. That means it needs a new prescription every month, and can be picked up from the pharmacy every 28-30 days. That 28 to 30 day window is at the discretion of the pharmacist. This pharmacy had received my prescription and notified me it was pending. On day 30, I had taken my last dose. So on day 30 I show up to pick it up my prescription. To which I was informed I had to wait one more day to pick up. I told them I was out and that it made no sense since it’s an every 30 day pick up. They told me I could pick up the next day. Keep in mind I take my medication in the morning. The pharmacist then informed me they don’t even have my medication in stock. When I told her that’s not ok, and they should have notified me about this, she told me it was my job to call and ask the pharmacy if it was in stock. I told her no, it’s not my responsibility to check on that. She then told me that she can’t do anything to help me and told me she has a line of customers to help. (There were 2 people behind me- who were patiently waiting). Once again the Walgreens on Poway Rd in Poway saved the day and was able to fill my prescription!

The staff here is incompetent. They will make you wait 30 mins even for a print out and refuse to help for anything. Fedex drop off is also so difficult their printer wont work for days. Anytime i come here for the easiest work i spend 30 minutes and even then the work is never done.

Very accommodating staff Brandon, Connor and Emal. They're all approachable and kind. I enjoy photo printing here and fast service.

This store is the most lousiest store! I scheduled an appointment for my dad to come in for a flu shot, it took the pharmacist 50 minutes to prepare the work, while the pharmacist name Thoa took her sweet time and chit chat with her associate. Don't come to this store for business.

On the phone for over 25 minutes and still waiting to let the pharmacy know of a refill. Phone gets picked up and put back on hold for way too many times to keep track of. Terrible customer service!
