There is always only one person available to assist the pharmacy but lines need more accommodation. Please add more support at this busy pharmacy. The need is high now that rite aids have closed. Not only doors it take forever to make the initial request at the counter, it’s takes forever for them to go pull it as well.

Had to switch here when I moved 2 years ago and I hate this pharmacy more than anything. CVS isn't THAT much better, but I will go out of my way to get everything I need from there from now on. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, it takes battling with an AI operator to even BEGIN to try to talk to an actual human (if you even get connected to one, I have personally now been on hold for 20 minutes and there is "one person ahead of Me" and "the staff is answering other calls"), and every person I've interacted with at the store and in the pharmacy has had an attitude or been dismissive. Its wild. Walgreens is terrible. Especially this one. I'm making the switch back to CVS and I will not be looking back. Never again. In the past few months I've had several 'scripts sent here and there is FOREVER some sort of random issue that I've never dealt with before. And its only at Walgreens. Do better.

This place is a lifesaver! The staff is always friendly and super helpful, and they have everything I need in one spot. From snacks to health essentials, I’m always impressed by how clean and organized the store is.

Wow. They use to be great location bc of the pick up window. Now on hold for 1 hr before talking to someone. They drop the ball on every one of my prescriptions in the last 2 months, even when extremely sick with bronchitis. Have to call every time and app is useless. Go to CVS. Or anywhere else for that matter. I’m switching.

Worst Pharmacy, in town. Consistently long lines. Staff almost deliberately & belligerently slow. Same bodies, no new staff in months,... Never considered writing a review for this place for months until now. This is the last time I have my prescriptions sent here. You wonder why the ship-to-home (for qualifying prescriptions) is taking off: this is why. If you're wondering: I've been in line for 45 minutes. I've had time to resolve that if this weren't the last time I'm picking up my child's antibiotics, I would've dropped this place in a heartbeat. I will drive where there's a semblance of a working pharmacy. See image for context.
