The man with the spiky hair working drive-through pharmacy on 35th Ave and Southern in Phoenix was incredibly thoughtful and empathetic to my needs. He filled my prescription on the spot, even though the system said it wasn’t ready (And yes, I did get a call from the automatic system, saying it was ready). I know for a fact, he did not have to do this as I’ve been turned away and asked to come a different day at other Walgreens locations. I really do appreciate him doing this so much, which is why I’m writing the survey. Thank you so much, sir!

Seth the assistant manager was very rude. I went in to put money on.my card and he decided to help amd girl before me even though I was there first . She was there for pictures which was going to be a little quicker then what I needed so I didnt mind. I was kind enough to be patient amd understanding! Into my 2 second transation he decided to started a conversation with a woman sitting at the kiosk making sure she was doing okay . Fine 🙂. But this conversation started to disrupt my time and convenience after all I had already let someone else go before me . They continued to go back amd forth about what she was doing and it made him pause each time what he was doing for me making my transaction longer . Finally I decided to let him know that I was being inconvenienced as I also wanted to get my stuff done to leave and if he could focus on what je was doing with me . He said I was being rude amd that he was multi tasking . Mind he was pausing each time to talk to her while making me WAIT! So no that's not multi tasking . Also th lady never asked for hos help he decided to approach her while helping me . Which is disrespectful. Once i spoke up he got upset amd claimed I was being very rude . I told him I had been very nice amd patient while he helped a woman before me while I was forst waiting and nkw he was carrying on a conversation woth a woman at kiosk pausing my transaction to talk.amd answer her questions . He kept claiming that I was wrong amd rude . He played an innocent demeanor gaslightinging me saying how has he been rude that hes been very helpful . All the while I explained to him where the disrespectful came from . Carrying on a conversation pausing to help someone while I was first once again . He's manipulative and a horrible person. Nonetheless after I confronted him asking if he could focus on me he said the transaction was working anymore amd he couldn't help me no more which was obviously retaliation for speaking up . This is Olga Barajas and I use my son account for this comment …want to share the experience I had at Walgreens. I went in the morning to ask for help with my photos and to have my files transferred to a USB. The woman who attended me was respectful, but she told me that they do not do that type of work there. She explained that I needed to bring the USB already prepared and that they only connect it to print the photos. Although she was respectful, I felt there was no intention to guide me or offer any other solution or alternative. I went there asking for help because I don’t fully understand the process, and I would have appreciated some direction. I just want to share what happened so future customers can receive more guidance when they need it

Very rude staff. I went in today to get a prescription and the woman at the front was dismissive and had attitude. Should’ve chose a different certification if you don’t want to deal with patients/ customers.

I had such a great experience at Walgreens! The staff went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Everyone was friendly, patient, and attentive—from the moment I walked in to checkout. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare these days to find this level of service and kindness, and it made my visit so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Walgreens, for setting such a high standard for customer care!
