This is really disgusting store . I came here to buy my mom cigarettes and had my passport which is the best ID, they denied it, that it has to scan. Instead of this stupid thing policy , you should be more worried about your floor and the way it looks. I had to brought it up, because this is ridiculous.

I’ve been coming to this store for ages and I never had any issues until this cashier name Ruth, she’s so rude for no reason. Forget about the greetings, she won’t even say anything. She just stared at me like I was being inconvenient for her. Since she didn’t say anything I greeted her but still no response so I was like whatever. I told I need to put money on the meter and she goes “how much?” Very rudely. This ain’t her first time being like this with me. She does this every single time I’m there. So I’d like to request a manager or the owner of this store to talk to her about her behavior towards the customer.

Incredible experience at the Walgreens location at 19th ave and Bethany home road. Their pharmacists are outstanding if you have prescription questions. All staff membersd are the best and do a great job taking care of their customers.

Bryan from photo dept, saved me from a last minute crisis with a graduation project, he was very compassionate toward my situation and more than willing to help. Bryan you're amazing, thank you soooo much!!!!

I have had LITTLE good to say about Walgreens, primarily their incompetence in the Pharmacy realm, over the past 4 or so years, but I have found a resoundingly POSITIVE aspect of Walgreens!! Because my home printer seems to be having issue, and I have lost 2 of my "Girls" in the past 6 weeks, and wanted to create a memorial shadow box for them, I needed pictures! Hesitantly, I gave Walgreens Photo a try. I am almost "giddy" at my surprise at how quick, professional and overall QUALITY of the photographs I had made. The magnetic 'framed photo' frames are also quite nice. I just cannot convey how pleased I have been with all the stores I have gone to for photography, Central and Osborn as well as this one at 19th Ave and Bethany Home Rd. The Central and Osborn store was incredibly fair and accommodating when an issue with my first order came about. WHY I chose to give them another chance. Things/issues will ALWAYS, come up, but its all about what has been done "to make it right", that will or will not give a customer the desire to return. There seems to be hope for Walgreens....now only if they can get their Pharmacies to be as little as 5% of the professionalism of their photo dept.
