Just wanted to make sure your pharmacist Samir got recognized - he helped me out on Thursday, making sure my patient was able to afford their medicine! He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I really appreciate it Samir and I hope your management recognizes that you’re doing a great job!

Angelisa was a great help assisting with me finding the right photo product to buy and print . It was done with efficiency and care. She went above and beyond with the customer service . Great store that’ll make you feel welcomed !

cashier that rang me up had accused me of stealing and ripped the doordash order out of my hand after I had already paid for it and got the receipt and had tried purchasing a personal item but I didn't have enough funds so I left the personal order on the counter and tried walking out with the doordash order still in my hand when she told me stop and to come back and that I cannot leave without finishing paying for my items so i went back up to the counter and she riped the order out of my hands said no you still owe me 15 cents, I said thats the doordash order that I already paid for and the receipt is in the bag, the items I couldnt finish paying for were behind her and I pointed it out and said "look" and she refused to do anything, sat there and stared me down and still accused me of trying to steal, which I do not appreciate at all because I have never stolen anything in my life, finally a nice customer offered to pay the extra 15 cents I still owed and I was able to leave the store with both the doordash order and the items I wanted to purchase, absolutely horrible attitude and I'm declining any orders from here from now on, idk what these people that work in retail think but they need to learn some manners and to treat people with respect unless its not being reciprocated, which I was incredibly polite towards the lady that was working there at the time

Manager on duty who was working at the photo lab was extremely attentive to my needs and helped me locate something in the store very quickly and also offered suggestions on lower priced comparable item which was a great help

Nothing but disappointment from this pharmacy. The laziest pharmacists who make life threatening mistakes. Today was my last straw when I realized he only gave me HALF of my babies amoxicillin for an infection he’s currently fighting. I’m so glad I am educated and experienced enough to understand how amoxicillin works and realized on day 5 that his “10 days” of medication was out. If I was a new parent, I may not have understood that I needed a second bottle and needed to continue for the full 10 days. Then, my babies infection could have come back even worse. When I originally picked it up, I remember the pharmacist taking a double look at the bag before he handed it to me, as if something was wrong, but then he proceeded to hand it over anyway without a word. I thought pharmacists were supposed to be more responsible than that!? When I returned to the pharmacy to pick up the other half, and told the same pharmacist that he made a mistake and only gave me half, instead of apologizing for his mistake, he said “well they probably didn’t have enough in stock that day”. Um… yeah… no kidding. Thanks for taking the chance that I’d be smart enough to figure that out myself.
