I work for a private psychiatric practice and unfortunately their equipment isn't updated to send ELECTRONIC REFILL REQUESTS. One of our poor patients had been without her meds because we no longer accept fax refill requests at our practice since 2020. This is ridiculous. Dr even called them and they admitted to not having updated programs to SEND electronic refill requests!!! She's taking her script refills to Safeway. I am astounded. It is 2026 and they still can't send electronic refill requests for scripts 🤯🤯

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I called to confirm whether my doctor had transmitted the prescription. The staff member said yes—it had been received—and gave me an estimated pickup time. Two hours later, still no notification, so I called again. This time, the pharmacist said they couldn’t find the prescription at all. What’s going on? This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable, especially when people are waiting on essential medication. If you don’t have the prescription, say so. If you do, follow through. Patients deserve accurate information and timely service—not confusion and delays. No wonder this pharmacy has a lot of one star review. smh

Precious from this Walgreens store she calls herself pretty love should not be in customer service!!!! And the love shouldn’t be on her badge at all. I came in to buy tampons and as I was checking out the lady made a mistake and asked her for help I had rewards points and precious cancelled my whole transaction that had my reward discount and when I asked her why isn’t my discount showing she said she won’t give it to me and started accusing me of wanting a senior discount which I never asked I’m 30 and not a senior. A lady saw the whole thing and came and gave her a $5 and left.I didn’t say anything I was in pain from my periods, while I grabbed my bag and left she proceeded to tell me I’m not giving you the change ( unsolicited comments ) I never asked for a change or anything and the other lady had left. I just left. Walgreens usually has good people working there. This one is not and shouldn’t be. I was rushing to go to work. I was going to request a supervisor.

This is the best Walgreens! Everyone in the store and the pharmacy are kind, patient, and helpful. I shop here regularly, and the employees go out of their way to help me. When I can't find a product, they bring it to me. Additionally, the aisles are wide and the store is well lit. It is a pleasure to shop here.

Pharmacy staff is really amazing - Cheryl and Melissa who were keeping the place going on a late Tuesday night were doing great work while super busy. You can tell they really cared about those they served. Additionally they had a great banter that lifted the day of others while dealing with an otherwise mundane task. Way to go team - will keep coming back!
