Walgreens always has what I need and good prices too. I've ordered online several times and it's so easy and convenient. It's right down the street so a quick walk and I'm their. My goto place for what I need.

Called ahead they delayed my medicine. Then after waiting Alexander the pharmacist tried to play "find any reason not to give him his medicine". I was told it was state law I needed ID despite them dispensing it without id. I was told they didn't recognize me despite the obviously being a record of me coming every single month for the same medicine. If I had not gotten angry at them and argued I would've had to wait 2 weeks for my medicine . Don't send your meds here.

The store itself is great, but lately, at night, there are no lights in the parking lot. The Walgreens signs aren't on either. You would think the store was closed, yet it's open. I took some photos, but my camera seemed to adjust the brightness, and the store looks lit up.

The pharmacy is disorganized and unhelpful. So much for patient privacy, they have you YELL out multiple times what drugs you’re there to pick up, your name, and birthdate. When you try to call the pharmacy to confirm whether your order is ready the person who picks up the phone doesn’t know anything. None of the staff seem to know anything either so they’re constantly waiting for the pharmacist to show them how to open things on the computer or whatever.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and Alex, the pharmacists at this Walgreens location. Along with their incredible team of technicians, they demonstrate the most impeccable communication skills I’ve ever encountered in the retail pharmacy space. Despite the demands of their full-time roles safely filling prescriptions, Andrew and Alex consistently remain helpful, polite, pleasant, and prompt in responding to questions. Their professionalism and compassion are truly unmatched. Walgreens, I strongly urge you to recognize these two outstanding professionals — and I sincerely hope they are being compensated accordingly for the exceptional service they provide.
