Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify: my complaint is not about a prescription or the pharmacy. It is regarding a Western Union transaction at your 3605 E Thomas Rd. location. I was unable to receive a transfer because the kiosk was malfunctioning or I needed help with the screen. Multiple employees refused to assist me, telling me 'it's your problem.' When I complained to the Store Manager, he promised to send me a gift card for the poor service, which I have never received. Requested Details: Date/Time: This past Sunday morning. Manager with the manager on duty named [Name if you remember it]. Employee Description: [Describe the person who refused to help at the kiosk]. 2 young Hispanic females. Please look into why the manager's promise was not kept and why I was denied basic customer service for a Western Union transaction."

The tall gentleman working at the register at 3:50pm on 1/4/2026 was very nice and kind. The pharmacist with short, white-ish hair and glasses working at the same date and time was also very helpful. Thank you for the great customer service.

This Walgreens is always giving me a problem. I just left this location i bought some cookies & as i'm ATTEMPTING to exit the Walgreens this Caucasian Manager decides to attempt to block me from exiting the store as if i stole something. Walgreen's if this is how your manager is going to act i suggest you all rethink having this women as a manager she conducts herself in a poorly manner. I'm tired of going into this Walgreens just to be profiled this has to stop immediately! to add to this at the end of last year i went into this Walgreens to us the restroom i was told that they don't have a restroom & i in-fact know that they do, however if you didn't want me to us this restroom that is totally fine. the alleged manager & a employee told me i can go to home depot or Walmart to use the restroom. smh and this same women told me she was the manager. I called up there to ask for the managers name and an employee LIED and told me their manager is a man really?? If so why would this lady tell me she is the manager? she did not say assistant manager.

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I’m 53 years old. I worked at Walmart 20 years so I know how customer service is supposed to be executed. She walked away smiling and snickering and then when I asked what her name was she wouldn’t give it to me and just said you can go at which point I explained I would like to know your name so I can complain about you. she has walked away and said you can go. The date is April 4 happened at 9 PM. So of course I can’t give you a name, but she was Hispanic girl average size. If you’re gonna have a shitty attitude don’t compound it with being a coward by not giving your name because you don’t want to be held accountable Also, you work in retail. Where are you supposed to wear a name tag so Your name is not private. I have two blocks from this Walgreens, but I will gladly drive an additional 2 miles to the Walgreens please handle this opportunity.

Walgreens and chime have an agreement for money deposits. Chime & Walgreens allow up to $1000 USD to be deposited once a day. 2 transactions for $500 USD. Today (even tho I do this every other day), Walgreens REFUSED to honor their policy due to a new manager. I have recorded this experience on my META glasses and will be posting this to BBB and social media.
