Going out of the Country so went in for vaccinations. Pharmacy Manager , Mustafa, and the Pharmacy tech were Great. Mustafa looked up my record of vaccinations already done and which ones I still needed. Such Excellent Service! Plus, the store is clean. Even though it is further away than my current Walgreens At Central and Osborn, the Experience and cleanliness is leading me to change my scripts to the Indian School & 24th Street location.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the front register cashier (a blonde lady) during my recent visit. She did not greet me or ask whether I had a rewards phone number before proceeding with the transaction. While I was entering my phone number, the screen switched to payment mode before I had finished. The cashier then stated that I did not have a rewards account, even though I do. After I explained the issue, she reluctantly went back so I could enter my number, but her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and discourteous. Walgreens used to be top notch when it came to customer service, but lately it seems to be getting worse every time I visit. This experience was very disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer interactions moving forward.

Asian pharmacist dude at the drive thru has apparently never heard of Telehealth. Legit shouted at me that I would have to find a local doctor if I wanted to continue getting my vyvanse filled there. Mind you, he didn't speak above a whisper the rest of the time. But he mustered the will to YELL that having an out of town doctor is a red flag in their system. While I was sitting in my car with the engine off in 100 degree heat, desperately trying to just pick up the meds another Telehealth doctor had just prescribed me for the cold that has kept me from sleeping for the past 3 days. Wouldn't even look at me as he (finally) handed over the drugs I've been legally prescribed by actual doctors. So disgusting to kick someone when they're already down. I don't know of this guy had just found out his dog died or what, but I sincerely hope he does some introspection and maybe chooses another career if he can't find some compassion.

I’ve never experienced as many issues at a Walgreens Pharmacy as I have at this location. The actual store staff is great. As a patient required by my insurance to use this pharmacy, it is not my responsibility to find a store that operates better. The issue lies with pharmacy manger Mustafa A. and the weekend pharmacist who I’ve tried to contact before and doesn’t respond, and Walgreens Corp. for allowing employees to behave as though they are running the company themselves. The staff is consistently rude, both on the phone and in person.

The store is kept clean and tidy however on multiple occasions they didn't know to help me with my package pickups or anything Walgreens related(i.e coupons, rewards). Very frustrating.
