Meredith Propper a month agoScript from the ER sent 2hrs before pharmacy closed. Phone system is a scream inducing farce. Go in 1hour before closing, told it will be filled 3hrs after pharmacy opens next day. These were time sensitive meds, ment for an acute illness. Don't go to Walgreens is my take away
Nik Ineich (3_of_4) 3 months agoOnline and the times posted say that it closes at 10pm. It was 9:53. I have worked in the service industry (at restaurants) I understand when it's slow wanting to close, but as a Walgreens you are peoples source to OTC medication among things. As we started to pull away 2 other vehicles pulled up expecting to be able to grab a last minute purchase. A transaction can be completed in less than 6 minutes. This is a poor showing for Walgreens.
Rebekah Hoyt 4 months agoAfter sitting with several other cars... No indication there was something wrong with the drive through... For 20 minutes... Came inside and extremely frustrated... Do these people know what they are doing?
Julissa Velasquez 6 months agoThey have messed up gift cards and no customer service. The manger Amanda Sierra was no help. Do not recommend going to this Walgreens!!!
