I switched to this location because the Thomas location was so bad. I didn’t think it could get worse but it has. I have been speaking with the regional manager and have left several messages for her which have gone unanswered. I have also pollen with the manager. I was told I was speaking with the manager tonight but he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. Someone else who answered the phone said he wasn’t the manager. I don’t know what the problem is with Walgreens now. But they are not the same as they used to be, it’s sad. I would go elsewhere but CVS doesn’t take my insurance. I have to figure out a solution. This is not tenable. Also, the original problem is that I am not supposed to take the medication because of my allergic reaction to another drug. So now my insurance will have to pay for a replacement. Oh and did I mention this is insulin and I have been out for days. Oh and they delayed filling it for weeks because somehow it was parked and not set to be filled when my doctor sent it in. Just like the medication I got last week from the ER too over 6 hours to be filled. Just inconceivable. Probably malpractice too.

Overall this pharmacy at 44 street and Indian School is very weak when it comes to customer service. I called to order medicine last week and they told me it was ready. I told them I would be in over the weekend. I did go in and they were closed for lunch. I did not have time to wait and normally they hold for a week. I went in today and discovered it had been returned to the shelf. This seems to be a recurring problem. Fortunately Amy a tech was on duty and she had the pharmacist prepare. That is really only the bright spot is the fact they were smart enough to move Amy to this position. Thank you.

Dino hands down the best Walgreens employee I have ever dealt with in my 34 years on earth! Dude goes above and beyond the extra mile!! Nikky & Ryan are also fantastic employees, truly think that might be the best Walgreens in America!

So I just went there to pick up some items while my son was getting his hair cut. I go up to the register and my all spice deodorant rings up 10.99 instead of the ticket price of 8.79, bogo. I tell them that’s not what the price sticker said they agree then decide no they were not going to honor it because it was a different scent put in the wrong spot. So I decline getting those items. I get my receipt and I’m betting I’ve been overcharged. And of course I was right! I bought pringles, bogo and it didn’t ring up bogo. I go to the isle and ask one of the workers Richi why if it says bogo why it didn’t ring up bogo he looks at the sticker and rips it off aggressively by my face and tells me it’s only on select varieties and I point out, it says of equal or lesser value and he says no it has to be the exact same product, which is confusing then I go over to the core water I got charged 3.09 when the sticker said $2.29. I went to counter to get my refund and instead of Richi assuming I was going to do that he decided to count 1600$ infront of my with the cashier 3 times. Did not seem like proper procedure at all and definitely felt like customer service was the last thing on his mind. The older lady who rang me up was very nice.

Manager Ritchie refused to follow policy and allow me to make 2 $500 deposits to chime and quote on quote said “I’m not gonna get fired” which was recorded via meta glasses and walked away from me. I showed the other employees the policy and realized their boss was making a mistake. Ritchie needs retraining and or to be fired. I am currently on phone filling a complaint with Walgreens and Arizona commerce.
