This is the worst pharmacy do not fool with them, they don’t care about ppl, they gave me a medication that they said was not in was at the warehouse had me waiting for it and it was there the whole time and then I called about a med I was missing, the pharmacist Lilian is on the phone arguing with me that I did not have my Bp med made me drive up there show her she was wrong. The pharmacist Lilian should not be a pharmacist she does not care about the well being patients/ customers .i am so mad I may not be making sense . But trust me stay far away from this Walgreens. I wish I could give them a 0 star.

I called at 11:24am to follow up on a prescription my doctor called in. They said it be ready in 20 min. I show up at 12:55pm and said it wasn’t ready. It’d take another 1.5 hours. No apologies. Just a “not my problem” attitude wanting me to move out of the way.

This is one of the worst pharmacies in San Antonio. I’ve had repeated issues here with both service and staffing. I’ve continued using this location because my insurance requires Walgreens and it’s the closest to my home. However, the ongoing problems have made it clear that it’s not reliable—especially when it matters most. I have made several complaints to the corporate office and no one has ever called me back and the issues continue. There have been multiple occasions where I was unable to pick up my child’s heart medication because there was no pharmacist on duty. That is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy. At this point, I’m willing to drive further to another location and to pay out of pocket to ensure my child gets the medication she needs without delay.

The pharmacy is terrible. You have to wait on the phone for over an hour to speak to anyone. Prescriptions are always delayed and out of stock. I have gone days without my medications and have gotten I'll multiple times from their lack of being a well known pharmacy. On multiple occasions that I have called and finally got to speak to someone, there is never a true statement. It's as if they tell you anything to get you off the phone. At the end of the day Walgreens is in desperate need of more staff that can handle the work load

They promised me to refill my prescription and told me to come back in an hour when I came back after an hour they still refuse me to refill my prescription and told me it will be ready later in the day. I came three time pick up for my medicine. It’s really worst service.
